Before founding StreamLink Software, Adam was Chief Operating Officer for West Side Ecumenical Ministry (WSEM). As COO, Adam supervised all of WSEM’s programs and was responsible for system development and integration, quality control, resource development, new program initiatives and community collaborations. Adam also served as interim CEO during a leadership change in 2004. While COO, Adam monitored an operating budget of $12 million, more than double WSEM’s operating budget when Adam started at WSEM as the Director of Operations in March 1998.
Adam works closely with industry and government officials to facilitate the development of improved regulatory guidelines for managing grant funding using standardized data structures, speaking frequently on the topic to audiences around the country. As a result of his work, he was honored with the NGMA Impact Award/Private Sector for exceptional contributions to advancing the field of grant management.
Adam also sits on the Board of Directors for the Data Coalition and Data Foundation, two organizations driving government change through standardized open data policies.
Adam earned a Master of Social Work and Master of Nonprofit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences and the Weatherhead School of Management, respectively. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from The College of Wooster. Adam serves on the boards of The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio and Cleveland Reads.
John has both experience leading and advising high tech start-ups, helping to accelerate early-stage company growth, as well an extensive background in the nonprofit sector. In this area, he has served as chair and board member for organizations involved in regional economic development in addition to two nonprofits working to improve regional educational attainment efforts.
Most recently John was a senior advisor to a company in stealth mode, serving clients in the Department of Defense as well as financial services market. Prior to that, John was President of JumpStart Inc., a Cleveland-based nonprofit organization that works with entrepreneurs leading promising young ventures with high-growth potential and regional leaders that want to create more of these types of companies in their communities.
Prior to joining JumpStart, John was the CEO and a board member of 3Guppies, Inc., a mobile social networking company in Seattle, Washington and before that, worked at American Greetings Interactive where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager for New Ventures, serving as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence.
John also started a self-funded company that developed the first image editor for the PC, which was later sold to a NASDAQ-traded company, Micrografx. In addition, John has held senior management positions for a variety of venture-backed, public and privately-held companies, leading marketing, operations, business development, and sales organizations. He is also an active board adviser to several Cleveland start-ups, offering expertise in the areas of strategy development, fundraising, and product development. Steve is a Marketing, Sales, and Information Technology executive with over 20 years of experience across a wide variety of industries. Throughout his career, Steve has been responsible for selling and implementing technology-based solutions that helped drive business impact for his clients.

Prior to Rosetta, Steve worked for Axentis, a SaaS-based software company that specialized in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. While at Axentis, Steve focused on its Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) offering where he worked in a sales and delivery capacity as well as product management.

Scott Weiss, Chief Technology Officer of StreamLink Software, is a seasoned IT Professional with over seventeen years of experience building and managing SaaS-based applications. He has a proven track record managing IT groups; including web application development teams and professional services delivery teams, as well as managing application hosting infrastructures.
Prior to StreamLink Software, Scott was Director of Technology / Founding Partner of Tenth Floor in Cleveland, Ohio. Scott provided strategic vision and technical leadership to the company as it grew to over 25 employees across four regional offices. Scott managed the development of BASE-10, Tenth Floor’s flagship Content Management, E-Commerce, and E-Marketing suite and oversaw the successful implementations of over 250 clients onto the platform. Tenth Floor was eventually sold to Bridgeline Digital Inc. (BLIN), which is publically traded on NASDAQ.

Fred is a certified public accountant with more than 30 years of experience helping ventures in a variety of growth stages succeed across a variety of industries. In recent years, Fred has served as Managing Partner of Fred R Binstock & Associates, a consulting firm that provides clients with executive guidance, part-time CFO, COO services, and financial consulting.
Previously, Fred was CFO and Treasurer of TOA Technologies, an international cloud-based provider of mobile software solutions for workforce management, where he helped grow the annual recurring revenue over 700 percent and expand workforce from approximately 50 to more than 300 employees.
Fred has also served as CFO of Radisphere, the largest specialized radiology group in the country, growing a physician group practice into a high-growth professional service company, with a 500 percent increase in annual revenues exceeding $30 million by 2008.

Prior to his years at Isolite, Raleigh held senior level positions with Den-Mat Holdings, Premier Farnell and Progressive Insurance. He has extensive experience in both privately held and public companies.
Raleigh earned his B.A. in Communication from The College of Wooster where he met StreamLink Software Founder and CEO, Adam Roth. Raleigh also has a B.S. In Physical Education and his M.A. in Education, from Kent State University. Raleigh has many years of Net Promoter Score improvement experience as a Customer-Centric Business Leader. In addition to several other professional and sales related certifications, Raleigh is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Kevin brings 15 years of experience in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, which he was able to combine to drive sales growth over the past six years at StreamLink Software.
Prior to StreamLink Software, Kevin served as the Manager, Employee & Community Partnerships in the Cleveland Clinic’s Community Outreach Department. He was responsible for managing and directing comprehensive community programs for the entire Health System by serving as the point person for employee community service outreach activities and initiatives. Additionally, Kevin was responsible for determining and enhancing strategic partnerships as it related to the overall strategic vision of the Community Outreach Department and Cleveland Clinic.
Before his time at the Clinic, Kevin worked at Business Volunteers Unlimited (BVU) where he consulted local nonprofits organizations on volunteer management issues and worked with businesses to enhance their community relations strategies.
Kevin has been active in a number of volunteer efforts including currently serving on the St. Christopher Parish Council and is a mentor to a Cleveland-area college student through the College Now mentoring program. Kevin served as an Advisory Board Member of the YMCA of Greater Cleveland’s Downtown, serving as Board Chair in 2006.
