Adam Roth
President and CEO
Before serving as President of StreamLink Software, Adam was Chief Operating Officer for West Side Ecumenical Ministry (WSEM). As COO, Adam supervised all of WSEM’s programs and was responsible for system development and integration, quality control, resource development, new program initiatives and community collaborations. Adam also served as interim CEO during a leadership change in 2004. While COO, Adam monitored an operating budget of $12 million, more than double WSEM’s operating budget when Adam started at WSEM as the Director of Operations in March 1998.
Adam earned a Master of Social Work and Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences and the Weatherhead School of Management, respectively. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the The College of Wooster.
Currently Adam serves on the board of Linkagepoint, a full-service technology company in Washington, DC. Adam also serves on the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland’s Technology Committee.
In addition, Adam serves on the boards of The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio and Cleveland Reads. Adam has also been part of other community boards and collaborations including the West Side Family Resource Network, Detroit Shoreway Weed and Seed, New Leadership Roundtable, the County Emergency Food and Shelter board, United Way Services Organizational Assessment Committee and the Workforce Investment Board Youth Council. He is a past Chair of Cleveland Reads and the LeadDiversity Alumni Association. Adam has been honored with The Diversity Center Young Leadership award for his work in helping create the leadership training program, LeadDiversity, as well as for his work in the Greater Cleveland community.
