Adam Roth

President and CEO

Before serving as President of StreamLink Software, Adam was Chief Operating Officer for West Side Ecumenical Ministry (WSEM). As COO, Adam supervised all of WSEM’s programs and was responsible for system development and integration, quality control, resource development, new program initiatives and community collaborations. Adam also served as interim CEO during a leadership change in 2004. While COO, Adam monitored an operating budget of $12 million, more than double WSEM’s operating budget when Adam started at WSEM as the Director of Operations in March 1998.

Adam earned a Master of Social Work and Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences and the Weatherhead School of Management, respectively. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the The College of Wooster.

Currently Adam serves on the board of Linkagepoint, a full-service technology company in Washington, DC. Adam also serves on the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland’s Technology Committee.

In addition, Adam serves on the boards of The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio and Cleveland Reads. Adam has also been part of other community boards and collaborations including the West Side Family Resource Network, Detroit Shoreway Weed and Seed, New Leadership Roundtable, the County Emergency Food and Shelter board, United Way Services Organizational Assessment Committee and the Workforce Investment Board Youth Council. He is a past Chair of Cleveland Reads and the LeadDiversity Alumni Association. Adam has been honored with The Diversity Center Young Leadership award for his work in helping create the leadership training program, LeadDiversity, as well as for his work in the Greater Cleveland community.

Dave Carpenter

Chief Operating Officer

Dave Carpenter, Chief Operating Officer of StreamLink Software is a creative and strategic business development professional with 15 years of experience in partnership deal aggregation, M&A and financial analysis. He has a proven track record in contract negotiations, market development and identifying and developing potential venture partners.

Despite our current economic and financial climate, Dave most recently drove $10 million in sales for Bridge Partners, a small boutique real estate advisory and brokerage firm. Dave joined Bridge Partners to expand his knowledge and experience in entrepreneurial organization.

Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Dave was the Vice President of Business and Corporate Development of AGIP, a $100 million division of American Greetings, a $2 billion consumer products company. During his tenure at American Greetings, his work included managing all strategic acquisitions and partnerships ranging from multi-billion dollar companies to small start-ups.

Dave earned his Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University with a concentration in Finance. He obtained his B.S. in Finance from Miami University.

Camille Beatty Falor

Executive Vice President of Sales

Camille’s sales experience comes from the Health Care Industry where, for 20 years, she sold into and provided service to the Long Term Care Market, holding positions in steady progression from Territory Sales Manager to Regional Vice President. Most recently, she led a team for McKesson Medical Surgical where she managed $76M in the Ohio and Pennsylvania Territory. Augmenting her sales experience, Camille has provided sales training and leadership development for SCA Personal Care across North America.

Camille also has firsthand experience with the entrepreneurial spirit having started her own Independent Manufacturing Representative business when she was only 24.

Hailing from the West Coast, Camille graduated with a BA in Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College, and holds a Certificate in Management from the University of Washington.

Camille serves on the Board for America SCORES Cleveland. She is married to Derrek Falor and has two sons, Mason and Elliot, to keep her busy outside of work.

Scott Weiss

Chief Technology Officer

Scott Weiss, Chief Technology Officer of Streamlink Software, is a seasoned IT Professional with over seventeen year of experience building and managing SaaS-based applications. He has a proven track record managing IT groups; including web application development teams and professional services delivery teams, as well as managing application hosting infrastructures.

Prior to StreamLink, Scott was Director of Technology / Founding Partner of Tenth Floor in Cleveland, Ohio. Scott provided strategic vision and technical leadership to the company as it grew to over 25 employees across four regional offices. Scott managed the development of BASE-10, Tenth Floor’s flagship Content Management, E-Commerce, and E-Marketing suite and oversaw the successful implementations of over 250 clients onto the platform. Tenth Floor was eventually sold to Bridgeline Digital Inc. (BLIN) publically traded on NASDAQ.

Scott attended Case Western Reserve University where he studied computer science and business management.
