The County of Kauaʻi partnered with StreamLink Software to improve efficiency and eliminate paper usage within its grant management processes using AmpliFund.

The Challenge

Prior to implementing AmpliFund, the County of Kauaʻi had a grant management process that was extremely paper intensive (PDFs, spreadsheets, applications). This resulted in wasted resources, time and funds. It also made it difficult to keep track of documents and manage multiple sub-recipients at once.

The Solution

The County of Kauaʻi wanted to eliminate heavy paper usage and increase visibility for sub-recipients. AmpliFund was able to provide a single, comprehensive solution and fuel a “paperless movement.”

The Results

Now, the County of Kauaʻi can easily track nearly 220 grants with ease through a centralized, digital hub. The online environment makes data collection visibility simplistic, and information easy to access for county team members.
